Reglas de concursos (Contest rules):

These rules apply to all contests conducted on Ke Buena 94.5 and our associated Facebook page, phone numbers and website. Some of our contests have additional rules specific to that contest which also apply.

Unless the specific contest rules state otherwise, our contests are open to all Hank FM listeners who listen in the terrestrial FM coverage area of KNHK HD-3. Some contests have age restrictions in which case the rules of the specific contest apply.

Void where prohibited by law.

No purchase is necessary to participate in our contests.

You may only win a prize from KNHK HD-3 once per 90 days unless otherwise permitted in a specific contest.

To keep it fair for everyone there are people who cannot participate in or win our contests: Employees, family members of employees of Hank FM and its ownership company, Alexandra Communications, and the participating sponsors of our contests, their employees, and their immediate family members.

Contest winners must agree to have their first name and their voice on the radio in association with the contest. In some contests, winners must also agree to allow their name and their photograph to be used in station advertising and promotions, including the local newspaper, the station's Facebook page and the station's website.

Some prizes are required to be picked up in person at one of our office or studio locations. Other prizes can be mailed or made available at other locations (such as tickets to a concert being kept at the venue box office for you). ID is required when picking up prizes - especially when claiming prizes from a venue.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Unless it's a check made out to you.

Winners agree to pay any tax liability that may arise from winning a prize.

Most of our contests are decided by random drawings, unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules. Whether it's by judgement or by random drawing, winners are selected at Hank FM's discretion and decisions are final.

KE BUENA 94.5 AND ITS OWNERS/OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE IF EVENT IS CANCELLED. NO "REFUNDS", EXCHANGES, OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE OFFERED IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED. RESPONSIBLITY FOR MAKING SURE EVENT IS BEING HELD IS THE WINNER'S.
